Fuerteventura is the second largest and longest of the Canary Islands, located about 100 km off the coast of Africa. It is characterized by wide sandy beaches with turquoise waters, a dry desert landscape inland, and is known for its strong winds, making it a haven for water sports like surfing, windsurfing, and kiteboarding.
